NOTE: Small shipments will be sent to you priority mail when possible.
Larger packages such as hats, etc., will be shipped by another carrier and sent ground. 7- 10 day delivery

If your package is oversized, there may be an additional shipping charge. We will contact you before it ships to let you know of any change.

If the hat you choose is not in stock, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

Some of the hat designed by Ladies Hats and More are subject to change depending on materials available. Your hat may look slightly different than the photo shown.

International Shipments:
At this time, I am not able to ship to some countries. International buyers - please e-mail me with your shipping address so I can obtain shipping charges prior to purchase. Payment for International orders must be made via PayPal.

Return Policy:
I must be notified within 72 hrs if there is any damage to any hat or item due to shipping.

Hat sales are final due to hygiene reasons.

For any other reason, I must be notified within 5 days for return instructions. If I am not notified, and you are not assigned a return order number, the returned item will not be accepted.

All returns are for full refund of item purchased, minus shipping charges. All items must be in condition received with original tags still attached and not worn.
